I use your existing home furnishings and treasures, perhaps from other areas of the home, even items you now have stored in the attic, and rearrange them in creative and unexpected ways to transform your room into the warm, stylish and livable space you’ve always imagined.
Home Staging
If you are in the market to sell your home or are just considering a move, I can help with staging your home. This cost effective approach involves neutralizing the design elements and color schemes to help you sell it more quickly and for top dollar.
Using a detailed checklist for each room, I will provide you with ideas and suggestions on how to enhance the appeal of your home to turn lookers into buyers.
Initial Home Redesign Consultation
$100.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour. Evaluate and assess your likes and dislikes and what’s not working in the room.
One Day Room Redesign
$300.00 based on initial consultation I will rearrange your room with your furniture, rehang artwork, reaccessorize with your belongings.
Real Estate Staging Services
Initial Home Consultation: $100.00.
Assessment of home, “walk through” followed by a detailed list provided to you with suggestions on how to neutralize it for buyers.
Room Restaging: $200.00 per room, if multiple areas will discuss cost.
